For effective continuous usage, Cryoquip Australia has a range of automatic switching systems specially designed to alternate the use of the vaporizers, optimizing their performance and reducing ice build up. Shell and Tube & Hot Water Bath Vaporisers Cryoquip Australia manufactures electric and steam water bath vaporizers in sizes ranging from 25 Nm3/hr to over 10,000 Nm3/hr. For higher flows, Cryoquip Inc. designed shell and tube vaporizers are available. Reciprocating and Centrifugal Cryogenic Pumps Cryoquip Australia is the local supplier of ACD, ACD Cryo, Paul and Cosmodyne pumps. Vacuum Insulated Piping Cryoquip Australia has invested many hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment, research and development to produce a high standard, high quality vacuum insulated piping system. The vacuum piping is available in either bayonet or butt weld configuration. The bayonet system is specially designed to minimize the installation time; for e.g a 60m system could be installed by two people in less than 2 days, with no on-site welding. A complete design service is available that includes pipe sizing, CAD drawing, heat loss and stress analysis calculations.
