Its primary product is Cryogenic Vaporizers. Cryoquip Europe has been very successfully in the relatively short time it has be operating from its UK based facility. It has secured a number of supply contracts and has supplied all the major European gas companies with equipment. To cope with continued market expansion a new facility has been purpose built providing more than 3 times the previous manufacturing area and an equal amount of storage area. The facility was fully functional as of July 1 2004. Cryoquip Europe offers the following products and services: Aluminium Finned Natural Ambient & Fan Forced Vaporisers Cryoquip Europe manufactures a range of vaporizers that are designed specifically for the climatic conditions in Europe. Vaporizers may be either natural ambient or fan ambient All Aluminium construction or Stainless Steel or Monel lined for HP applications Suitable for flows from 25 Nm3/hr to over 6000 Nm3/hr single units & modular system of up 60,000 Nm3/hr for ASU back-up applications. Pressures from 19 bar[g] to over 450 bar[g]. For effective continuous usage, Cryoquip Europe has a range of automatic switching systems specially designed to alternate the use of the vaporizers, optimizing their performance and reducing ice build up. Shell and Tube & Hot Water Bath Vaporisers Cryoquip Europe distributes electric and steam and direct gas fired water bath vaporizers in sizes ranging from 25 Nm3/hr to over 10,000 Nm3/hr manufactured by its parent company Cryoquip Inc. designed specifically to meet customer specifications. Reciprocating and Centrifugal Cryogenic Pumps Cryoquip Europe distributes electric and steam and direct gas fired water bath vaporizers in sizes ranging from 25 Nm3/hr to over 100,000 Nm3/hr manufactured by its parent company Cryoquip Inc. designed specifically to meet customer specifications. Cryoquip Europe can provide complete pumping systems, with controls, control systems, electrical connections and vaporizers, which are skid mounted for Cylinder Filling Applications and Transfer Systems. Heat Exchangers and Heat Exchange Packages The heat exchange technology developed for the industrial gases industry has application in many other industries. Cryoquip Europe offers heat exchanger packages and design services for heat transfer applications in food, pharmaceutical, wine, oil and gas and petrochemical applications. Cryoquip Europes expertise in specialist qualified welding techniques combined with their heat exchange technology and know how enables them to design and manufacture cost effective and efficient process packages. Vacuum Insulated Piping Cryoquip Europe distributes a high standard, high quality vacuum insulated piping system manufactured by Cryoquip Australia. See location information for more details. The vacuum piping is available in either bayonet or butt weld configuration. The bayonet system is specially designed to minimize the installation time; for e.g a 60m system could be installed by two people in less than 2 days, with no on-site welding. A complete design service is available that includes pipe sizing, CAD drawing, heat loss and stress analysis calculations. As part of the complete Vacuum insulated piping systems, Cryoquip also provides: Vacuum insulated flexible piping Vacuum insulated valves Gas phase separators Liquid Traps Liquid Controls Flow metering Cryogenic Pump Servicing Cryoquip Europe also provides overhaul and repair services for all makes of cryogenic pumps and expansion turbines. The experience and knowledge of Cryoquip Europes staff enables them to provide complete shut down and maintenance services for cylinder filling plants, and on site, in service and emergency repairs. Quality Standards and Design Cryoquip Europe is a fully accredited manufacturer for all types of pressure vessels in accordance with the PED using TüV as its notified body. All equipment and process systems can be designed and built to either ASME, ADM or other relevant European codes. Cryoquip Europe currently has the following manufacturing repair and test capabilities 42,000-ft2 facility in Hersden, nr Canterbury, Kent, UK 20,000-ft2 under cover unrestricted manufacturing area 22,000-ft2 concrete paved external storage area Our workshop is used specifically for Aluminium and Stainless Steel fabrication ensuring our work is not contaminated by mild steel and is of an extremely high level of cleanliness. No hydrocarbon products are used in the manufacturing process. All equipment manufactured is cleaned and certified for use in Oxygen service in accordance with internationally recognized standards. Cryoquip Europe also has strong competencies in instrumentation, process control and inter connecting pipe work packages. We can build complete analyzer and process control packages, with fabricated systems in Stainless Steel, Copper, Monel and mild steel, using welded, brazed and compression fitting assemblies.
