Cryoquip continues to develop the ADFV Cryoquip is continuing to develop its range of Advance Diesel Fired Vaporizers for use in the well service and enhancement field. The higher price of oil and gas demands that the industry optimizes the amount of oil and gas it can extract from existing wells. As a result the demand for higher flow rates and increased reliability is driving an extensive R&D program at Cryoquip to further improve the overall performance of these vaporizers. Flow rates have been tested up to 2 million cubic feet per hour; Considerable improvements have been made to the ignition system enabling the units to be first time starters with no fouling or oiling problems; Weight has been taken out of the design; Based on field feedback from actual operations numerous production improvements have to been made to improve long term reliability. Cryoquip India receives Lloyd's register approval Cryoquip Vaporizers Private India Limited (Cryoquip India) has taken another important step in the consolidation of its manufacturing capabilities in India by receiving the prestigious approval award from Lloyd's Register of India. Following the opening of a large manufacturing facility and sales office in Vadodara last year, business has expanded rapidly. We have been selling vaporizers into the Indian Industrial gas sector for a number of years, but the industrial liquid gas market in India is expanding quickly as India's manufacturing sector sees unprecedented growth comments Bryan Smith, International Operations Manager at Cryoquip Inc.- headquarters. By significantly increasing our investment and participation in this market at this time and providing a local source of domestically manufactured high quality, well engineered, reliable, innovative design vaporizers, we can grow and develop with the industry. In order to have universal acceptance of the vaporizers throughout India and to demonstrate the competence of the quality control system, engineering and manufacturing procedures it was essential that Cryoquip India receive the approval of the Lloyds Register in India. Cryoquip India manufacturers all aluminum low pressure hybrid vaporizers and pressure builders with capacities from 50 4500Nm3/hr capacity with an ex stock availability from the facility in Vadodara. The sales office also provides a local point of contact for Cryoquip's larger water bath, steam, electric and direct fired systems for plant back up and large process demands, which will become readily available to the industry as it develops and the need arises. By the middle of this year Cryoquip's range of natural and forced draft, high and low pressure, stainless steel lined and electronic grade vaporizers will be manufactured in India. The new facility will manufacture the same high quality, high performance products as our other 5 facilities around the world, utilizing commonality of design and components, state of the art assembly and fabrication techniques and equipment. Because the vaporizers aremanufactured locally our Indian customers will receive the added benefits of lower prices, quicker deliveries, model flexibility and local assistance with installation and technical design issues. This is another part of Cryoquip's global manufacturing expansion, which stated over ten years ago, aimed at providing global vaporization technology from strategically located local sources, said Smith.
